RCP is a non-profit all-volunteer theater company. It requires many volunteers and thousands of hours each season to produce each of our shows and run our organization. We are always looking for new faces to join our group and lend their talents.

If you have only a couple of hours to spare, we can find an important job for you! Prior theater experience is NOT necessary – we will train you. While there are some jobs that take more expertise than others, there are MANY areas where we can put a first-time volunteer to work immediately!
