Rock Your Monologue Workshop w/ Julia Murney (Ages 16+)
We're bringing a Broadway icon - Julia Murney - to Reston and our students can spend the afternoon with her learning how to rock a monologue. Memorized approximate 1 minute monologue required.

Join the RCP team and Julia Murney, known for her portrayal of Elphaba in Wicked both on the road and on Broadway and a Drama Desk Nomination for her portrayal of Queenie in Andrew Lippa’s The Wild Party as well as many other productions on and off Broadway. Participants ages 16 years and up will spend the afternoon workshopping a monologue with Julia and learning some tips and tricks for rocking monologues and auditions. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions in addition to workshop activities. All students must have a prepared monologue of approximately one minute in length. Pre-registration and pre-payment of the class fee of $20 is required to reserve seats in this workshop. Limited scholarships are available.
