Acting Through Song Workshop (rising 7th thru 9th grade)

Join the RCP team and our professional theatre friends for a workshop all about acting through song. Rising 7th graders and current 7th to 9th grade students will spend their time learning how to make the most of every note and word of a vocal performance, enhancing their storytelling through song. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions in addition to workshopping acting through vocal performance and learning some tricks to bringing characters to life through song. Students in this track should have a song prepared to benefit from one-on-one feedback however we will provide simple song options for those students who do not have a song prepared. Pre-registration and pre-payment of the class fee of $20 is required to reserve seats in this workshop. Limited scholarships are available.
