The Reston Community Players is an all-volunteer organization, supported by ticket sales, grants, and the financial support of our entire community. We deeply appreciate your support in our work to make great community theatre available to everyone: artists, audiences and admirers alike.
A gift from you today can help in a myriad of ways:

$25 will underwrite one student’s participation in an apprentice workshop

$50 will cover materials for a costume

$100 will purchase pizza for the cast of a musical for the 12 hour rehearsal days we have when moving into the theatre.

$250 will provide the wood for four new flats (the basic piece of wall scenery onstage)

$500 will underwrite our live orchestra for a single performance of a musical

$1000 will purchase a new body microphone unit and help replace our aging sound inventory.
In addition to production specific support, we are also looking strategically at renovating the bathrooms in our rehearsal hall to make them more efficient and ADA compliant, are planning for software and technology solutions to catalog and manage our growing costume and prop collections, and need to regularly upgrade the equipment in our scene shop.

Volunteer
As an all-volunteer theatre organization that strives to create professional-quality productions we need you. Want to help build? Produce a show? Learn how to stage manage? Try your hand at scenic painting or wrangling props? All we ask for is enthusiasm and dependability. The rest we are happy to teach. Reach out and join the team.
Advertise
An all-volunteer company, RCP presents three high-quality productions each year. RCP productions are attended by more than 7,500 local residents annually.
Through the generous support of sponsors and the engagement of local businesses as advertisers, RCP is able to continue its legacy of artistic excellence, providing affordable opportunities for area families to engage with the arts. Advertising space in our production showbills is available now on a per show or full season basis for as little as $85. RCP also offers sponsorship opportunities for local businesses with additional benefits to reach our patrons through our email newsletters, mailings, curtain speeches and more!
